Rabarberikook ja kevadlilled - Rhubarb cake and spring flowers

This weekend the spring finally arrived in our garden too. Well the thermometer jumped from 10C to 20C and it was coincidentally sunny too. Woohoo! Well it resulted in a tour in garden with my dear camera. As there was also rhubarb sold in the shop on Saturday, it could mean only one thing - a cake had to be made :D

I found this recipe: http://www.kokkama.ee/2009/05/kodune-rabarberikook.html from Ragne and as always 1 egg = 1/4 cup chickpea flour + 1/4 cup water. It became nice and fluffy and although the cake tin was a bit small it didn't come over the edge.

The recipe I moved here.
